These terms explain how WillItRun440 works and what you can expect when you browse our site or buy from us. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Using this site: you can browse, request quotes, and contact us for personal, lawful use. Please don't misuse the site, try to break into it, scrape it, or interfere with how it works.

Where you buy: most of our sales happen through third-party platforms such as eBay and Whatnot. When you buy on one of those platforms, that platform's own terms and buyer protections also apply, and they take priority over this page if the two ever conflict.

Product descriptions and condition: we sell used and pre-owned games, consoles, accessories, and related items. We describe condition as accurately as we can and include photos. Items are sold as pictured and described, so please check the photos, condition notes, and testing status (for example "Tested" or "Untested") before you buy. Used items can show normal wear, and untested items are sold without any promise that they work.

Pricing and payment: prices can change at any time until you complete checkout. Payment is handled by the selling platform or payment processor, and taxes and fees are calculated at checkout. Orders ship after payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or the order looks fraudulent.

Shipping: shipping methods, costs, and handling times are explained on our Shipping Policy and Shipping Rates pages. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier.

Selling to us: quotes given through our Sell to Us page are estimates based on the information you provide, and the final offer depends on the items' actual condition when we receive them.

Accounts: if you create an account, keep your login private and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account, and we may suspend accounts that are misused.

Limitation of liability: to the extent the law allows, WillItRun440 isn't responsible for indirect or incidental losses from using this site or our products, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
