Seller Terms

Who these terms are for: These terms apply when you sell items to WillItRun440 ("we", "us") through our Sell to Us quote form and accept an offer we send you. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to sell to us.

How our offer works: Our offer is based on the description, answers and photos you gave us. It is an estimate until we receive and inspect the items. We may decline any item, before or after inspection. Each offer is valid for 14 days from the date we email it.

Inspection and revised offers: When your items arrive, we check them against your description. If an item doesn't match (for example, a different condition, missing parts or accessories, a counterfeit or reproduction, or not working when it was described as working), we may revise the offer for that item. We'll email you the revised amount, and you can accept it or reject it.

Items we don't buy: Anything we send back to you is entirely at your expense. Items we don't accept after inspection, and items whose revised offer you reject, are held for 30 days. We return them only if you pay for return shipping or send us a prepaid return label addressed to the ship-from address you confirmed when accepting the offer. If neither is provided within 30 days, the items will be disposed of. Any item returned for any reason will only be shipped to the ship-from address you confirmed when accepting the offer. No exceptions.

Ownership: By accepting an offer you confirm that you own the items and have the right to sell them. If we believe an item has been reported stolen, we will hand it over to law enforcement and will not pay for it.

Shipping: WillItRun440 provides a prepaid shipping label for every shipment from you to us. After you accept an offer, we email you the label, and you must ship your items within 10 days of receiving it. If you choose to ship without our label, that shipping cost is yours. Pack items securely so they arrive in the condition you described. If you insure your shipment, insure it for no more than the accepted offer amount.

Lost or damaged shipments: WillItRun440 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If that happens, we'll give you a copy of our offer and any invoice documentation and reasonable help filing a claim with the carrier. Our liability for any item is limited to the accepted offer amount for that item.

Personal data on devices: Before shipping a console or other device, remove your accounts, saved payment details and personal data, and turn off any activation locks. WillItRun440 is not responsible for data left on devices.

Payment: We send payment within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your items, using the payout method you chose on your quote (for items whose offer was revised, after you accept the revised amount).

Changes: We may update these terms. The version you agreed to when accepting an offer applies to that sale.
