Returns Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

This policy applies to purchases made directly on willitrun440.com.

Return window: returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

What can be returned: items can be returned as long as they are unopened and unused and the return is requested within 5 days, at the buyer's expense. Items that arrive damaged can also be returned, but pictures of the damage and of the packaging must be sent to us before a return for a damaged item can be processed. In the event of a declined return, the buyer must pay return shipping costs.

Condition requirements: returned items must come back in the same condition they were sent, with all included parts, cases, manuals, and accessories. Items that were damaged, opened up, modified, or are missing parts after delivery may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

Restocking fee: change-of-mind or remorse returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Return shipping: all returns are at the buyer's expense. WillItRun440 does not provide return shipping labels, so the buyer will need to purchase their own label and pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Packages marked delivered: WillItRun440 is not responsible for any package that the carrier has marked as delivered but that the buyer cannot locate or find. This applies even if the buyer says the package was never received. If the tracking shows delivered and you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then file a claim with the carrier.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Returns are processed when the item arrives, and a refund is issued as soon as the item has been inspected.

How to start a return: contact us with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return, plus photos if the item arrived damaged. We'll reply with next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
